Soft, highly absorbent dressing made of Calcium Sodium Alginate fibres
Melgisorb® Plus consists of fibres made of calcium sodium alginate and creates a gel on contact with exudate or solutions containing sodium ions (saline) 1 2 . It absorbs and retains wound exudate 3 and has a haemostatic ability 4 .
