Viewed under a microscope, you can see that Exufiber® dressings are made of tightly packed fibres to minimise the free space for fluids or exudate to flow, keeping it locked in.
The tightly packed fibres keep exudate containing bacteria locked in 3 preventing the bacteria re-entering the wound bed. By securely retaining exudate, Exufiber gives you the confidence to leave it in place**, for undisturbed healing.

Exufiber® is made with Hydrolock® Technology to both absorb exudate and keep it locked in to the fibres. This includes exudate containing bacteria, which stays locked in 3 , preventing the bacteria from re-entering the wound bed.
